A Social Commentary Fashion Photography reflecting the environment situational

From the current severe draught problem throughout Thailand which is the main cause for many roads in the Central Thailand to collapse became the new inspiration for Tom Potisit , the photographer who created the fashion set with the dead whale , The Last Farewhale last year. He created the new set of social commentary fashion photography to highlight the problem we are facing in Thailand.
The major problem was on the Nongkae-Nongseua Road in Saraburi province which is the major road for trucks and transportation by Rapeeput canal. The road collapsed more than 300 m. long with the dept of 4-5 metre. The officials managed the fix the road back to normal state within 2 days. The real cause of the roads collapsing are still questionable among the Thais.

จากภาวะภัยแล้งในปีนี้ทำให้เกิดปรากฎการณ์ถนนทรุดหลายแห่งในประเทศไทยสร้างความเดือดร้อนและตื่นตระหนกให้ประชาชนในพื้นที่ กลายมาเป็นแรงบันดาลใจในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานภาพชุดใหม่ | The End of The Road | ซึ่งทอม โพธิสิทธิ์ ช่างภาพไทย ผู้ซึ่งสร้างสรรค์ผลงานภาพถ่ายแฟชั่นกับซากปลาวาฬเมื่อปีที่แล้ว เดินทางไปยังจุดที่เกิดปรากฎการณ์ถนนทรุดในจังหวัดสระบุรีและอยุธยา เพื่อถ่ายทอดผลงานชิ้นนี้ออกมา เพื่อสร้างจิตสำนึกในการดูแลรักษาและจัดการทรัพยากรทางธรรมชาติของไทย ที่ดูเป็นเรื่องไกลตัวสำหรับชีวิตประจำวันของคนไทย
จุดเกิดเหตุใหญ่อยู่ที่เส้นทางสายหนองแค-หนองเสือ ซึ่งเป็นเส้นทางถนนเลียบคลองระพีพัฒน์ฝั่งซ้าย ที่ถนนทรุดตัวลงเกือบเต็มถนน มีความยาวประมาณ ร่วม 300 เมตร ลึกประมาณ 4-5 เมตร ส่วนสาเหตุคาดว่าเกิดจากน้ำในคลองระพีพัฒน์แห้งลง และมีรถบรรทุกดินหนักวิ่งผ่านประจำ ซึ่งก็มีส่วนทำให้ถนนทรุดตัวลง ซึ่งเจ้าหน้าที่ใช้เวลาสองวันตั้งแต่วันเกิดเหตุก็สามารถเคลีบร์ซ่อมถนนให้กลับมาใช้เป็นปกติได้ แต่คนไทยก็ยังเคลือบแคลงถึงสาเหตุที่แท้จริงที่ทำให้ถนนทรุดหลายจุดทั่วประเทศ
